With its spectacular views over Bangkok, IDEO Q Chula-Samyan recently held its topping-off ceremony with key members of the companies involved in the development.
Chanond Ruangkritya (pictured sixth from left), the Chief Executive Officer and President of Ananda Development, along with Pongpand Theeracharunkiat (seveth from left), Managing Director of Visavapat Co., the contractor for construction and architecture, and Narathip Chanthong (third from left), Managing Director of Minerva Management Co., the consulting firm for construction, are pictured on the rooftop of the IDEO Q Chula-Samyan development.
They were recently on-site to observe the construction progress and to ensure construction work was being conducted to standards.
IDEO Q Chula-Samyan is a high-rise condominium development consisting of 1,598 units located 270-meters from MRT Station Samyan.
Construction is currently proceeding to plan, and the development is set to be ready for ownership deed transfer within the fourth quarter of 2016.
The development is a 40-storey high-rise condominium located on Rama IV Road near many leading institutes of higher education such as Chulalongkorn University, Triam Udom Suksa School, Satit Chula School as well as lifestyle and shopping hubs such as Siam Paragon, Siam Center, CentralWorld, Central Embassy and Siam Discovery.
Furthermore IDEO Q Chula-Samyan has been designed to allow its tenants full use of the development’s space for activities within the communal living areas, with special “creative zone”, fitness area, coffee shop area and potential partners such as TCDC, Max Valu and more providing key services.
