Thailand’s number one real estate legal services company has been revealed in the annual Euromoney Real Estate Awards.
The world-class strength of Baker & McKenzie’s real estate practice group has again been recognised in the Euromoney’s Real Estate Awards which canvas opinions of international real estate advisors, developers, investment managers, corporate end-users and banks.
As well as being named the winner in Thailand, global firm was also ranked number one for its real estate legal services in nine other countries; Colombia, Egypt, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Taiwan, Turkey and Vietnam.
The firm was also recognised in 16 further countries, including the Philippines, and five regions including Asia.
Euromoney’s 11th annual Real Estate Awards are based on peer nominations and voter participation scores that acknowledge the best providers of real estate products and services in the market over the previous 12 months.

This year, the Group has advised on a number of global deals including advising the Yuexiu Real Estate Investment Trust on its RMB 2.62 billion acquisition of Hongjia Tower, Shanghai.
