Houses and condos in Thailand are attracting growing interest from Chinese home-buyers who are increasingly investing in high-end real estate in the Kingdom.
At the last two editions of China’s leading luxury property show, LPS Beijing and LPS Shanghai, leading Thai companies exhibited, such as Anantara, Marriott Vacation Club Phuket, Raimond Land, Gaysorn Group, and Fragrant Group Thailand.
A special real estate forum entirely dedicated to Thai properties was held at the last edition of LPS Shanghai in cooperation with the Thai Chamber of Commerce in China, in order to provide Chinese property buyers with useful tips on where and how to invest in various parts of Thailand, from Phuket to Koh Samui, Bangkok, and Pattaya. James Duan, CEO of the prestigious Fragrant Group from Thailand, was a guest speaker at the busy event.
At LPS Beijing 2014, another exceptional Thai seminar was held in participation with the Ambassador of Thailand to China. This event was among the most popular conferences that took place during the three-day property show.
Raimond Land has presented exclusive homes located in Bangkok’s chic neighbourhood for the first time at the last LPS Property Show in Beijing, which ended four weeks ago.
“The show in general is a great show”, said Ms. Ashley Liu, the marketing manager of Raimond Land. “First of all, I want to say this is our first time to come to Beijing and why we chose LPS says everything. We think this is a great opportunity, we trust LPS. Obviously it has a really good name. The show in general is very welcoming, it’s very friendly, very helpful for all the exhibitors.”
The next edition of LPS property show will be held on December 12-14 at the 5-star Marriott Shanghai City Centre and it will once again welcome Thai companies, travelling from all over Thailand, to showcase some of the country’s most exclusive estates to Chinese elites.
Another edition of the Thai forum and conference is scheduled to be held during the show, helping China’s luxury property investors connect with the best luxury realtors, developers and real estate agents in Thailand.
