Thai Real Estate Broker Association joins forces with Dot Property

Dot Property, South East Asia’s leading property portal, has come to an agreement with Thai Real Estate Broker Association (TREBA) to become their official property portal partner. Agreeing that there is a gap in the market for a standardised platform of all listings, Dot Property’s technical expertise combined with amalgamating TREBA’s listings will create a streamlined, and much needed platform for the convenience of Thailand’s real estate agents.

TREBA, the biggest agent association with 20 years’ experience under their belt, are a well-established name in the industry. Promoting ethics to build on, and increase the standards within the industry, TREBA strive to continually improve on their existing services.

Dr Somsak Muneepeerakul, president of TREBA, commented, “We are delighted to sign the official agreement with Dot Property. This partnership with the region’s leading property portal will further enhance our agent experience and support their efforts to market their listings effectively online”.

As agents are increasingly turning to online digital platform, the technical expertise of Dot Property will provide system development, training, online marketing plus create a new TREBA website. Dot Property recognises the importance of how this collaboration will influence how agents operate and perform in the future.

Adam Sutcliffe, managing director at Dot Property Thailand, met with the board of TREBA to sign the agreement and is pictured with Dr Somsak Muneepeerakul at the signing ceremony. Sutcliffe said, “Working alongside TREBA is further proof of Dot Property’s commitment to working closely and professionally with agents across Thailand. Adding to our repertoire of existing services at Dot Property Thailand, we are excited to have TREBA as a prestigious partner and we look forward to watching this cooperation flourish”.
