The inaugural Thai Property Expo is scheduled to take place at the Conrad Bangkok hotel from 7 to 9 November 2014. Organised by Exact Trading, the 3-day event will serve as a forum for Thai and foreign buyers and investors to meet over 30 leading developers and agents from across Thailand. The latter will offer condominiums, apartments, detached homes and villas in the country’s most popular locations, such as Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket and Khao Yai, as holiday homes, second homes or investments. Properties will range in budgets and styles. Entry to the event is free.
Additionally, for Thais who prefer to invest in real estate overseas, leading international developers will also be present at the expo. This event will mark the first larger-scale property promotion of its kind held in an upscale hotel setting; previously, such promotions were mainly held in shopping centers.
Exact Trading also launched the Pattaya Property Show last January at the Hilton Pattaya. The second such event is planned for later this year, from 3 to 5 October 2014, at the Convention Centre of the Dusit Thani hotel in Pattaya.
“We have created a niche style of expo held in five-star hotels,” explained Exact Trading expo organiser Mike Bridge. “This enables the developers more space to show off their projects in a luxury surrounding. It also gives the buyers time to do their homework and talk to the exhibitors.”
