As further evidence of the strength of the central Bangkok property market, one development in Langsuan has seen more inquiries than the number of available units.
The 97-unit Na Vara Residence (pictured) will offer one- and two-bedroom units ranging in size from 38 sqm to 102 sqm, and with prices starting from THB 8 million.
It boasts an enviable location being just a three-minute walk to Bangkok’s mass-transit network at BTS Chitlom.
A spokesperson for sole agency CBRE Thailand told Dot Property Group that although the project has not been sold out, it will know more after a pre-sales event at Siam Kempinski tomorrow (Saturday).
The spokesperson did confirm the level of interest that the firm has received for this project already exceeds the total number of units.
Completion is scheduled for the third quarter of 2018.
