The construction of the StarView luxury residential project on Bangkok’s Rama 3 Road has been completed according to sales agent for the project, Knight Frank Thailand.
In making the announcement, the real estate firm said the project is now ready to show actual units, with its river views and world-class amenities. One of the key features of the development is a 44th-floor saltwater swimming pool almost 100-metres long (pictured).
Phanom Kanjanathiemthao, Managing Director of Knight Frank, said that on Saturday, August 29, the development will host an exclusive Open House party by the pool.
Currently, prices begin at THB 6.7 million for a two-bedroom unit measuring 77 sqm. For buyers and investors who reserve a unit at the event there will be a special discount of up to THB 2 million, along with a free gift voucher for furniture valued at up to THB 400,000.
StarView is located on Rama 3 Road along the river, and boasts a 44-storey building and 54-storey building sitting on more than 7 rai of land. The project has a value of more than THB 3.5 billion.
The interior only features two-bedroom units, from 77 sqm to 82 sqm, and the design is based on comfortable living akin to being in a house amid a prestigious community, Knight Frank said in a statement.
