Property developer Raimon Land is preparing for a sales event next month that promises discounted prices of up to 18 percent on selected units at its developments.
The event, which runs from October 8 until October 18 at all of the company’s sales offices, also offers additional bank benefits for property buyers and investors who are also customers of Bangkok Bank, Krungsri and UOB.
The offers include a 134 sqm two-bedrooms plus study at The River in Bangkok with an original price of HB 20.4 million that will be reduced to THB 17.5 million. Also in Bangkok, a 51 sqm unit one-bedroom unit at The Lofts Ekkamai will be reduced from THB 8.1 million to THB 7.7 million.
For lovers of Pattaya property, a 99 sqm unit at Zire Wongamat will be discounted by THB 1 million to THB 10.9 million, while a 35 sqm unit at Unixx South Pattaya will be on sale at THB 2.3 million – down from its original THB 2.7 million.
For something bigger by the sea, a 128 sqm three-bedroom unit as Northpoint will be reduced from THB 14.7 million to THB 12.2 million.
