Two of Thailand’s most prominent developers have announced they are joining the Dot Property Mega Sale. SC Asset and Asset Wise secured their spots at the event which will be held at Mega Bangna from July 14-20.
The Dot Property Mega Sale is set to be Thailand’s largest property sales event. It sees a seven-day real estate expo in one of Bangkok’s most popular malls join forces with the country’s biggest online property sales event to create an experience bigger and better than anything else organized in the country.
SC Asset will be there showcasing some of its award-winning projects. The homebuilder has seen demand for its low-rise housing soar over the past few years and joining the Dot Property Mega Sale allows it to engage real estate seekers on a more personal level.
Meanwhile, Asset Wise is returning for the second consecutive year. In 2021, they were part of the online-only Dot Property 48 Hour Mega Sale where their projects garnered significant interest. Now they will be able to take advantage of the digital elements along with the physical components of this year’s event.
