Savills to sell Vietnam resort

Real estate agency Savills Vietnam has been appointed as the exclusive agent for the disposal of a leading resort and spa.

The proposal for the Swiss Village Resort & Spa in Phan Thiet (pictured) is described by the real estate firm as “an attractive resort investment opportunity” in the prime tourist destination of Mui Ne.

The location in the heart of Mui Ne is known as the “resort capital” of Vietnam, and attracts foreign and local tourists, not only for its stunning pristine beach and renowned water sports, but also for its vibrant nightlife, beautiful golf courses and delicious food.

Located on one the most scenic and attractive beaches in Vietnam, the Swiss Village Resort & Spa enjoys magnificent scenery looking over the whole of Mui Ne Bay. The resort is an approximately 20-minute drive from Phan Thiet’s city centre. It can also be reached from Ho Chi Minh City via the North-South Railway or the newly established Long Thanh – Dau Giay Highway with a drive time of around 3.5 hours.
