Real estate firm Savills has boosted its presence on Thailand’s Eastern Seaboard with two new experienced additions to its team.
A familiar face in Pattaya property circles, Mark Bowling (pictured) joins as Associate Director – Head of Eastern Seaboard, with the task of leading the property management business in the area, as well as developing a team that will focus on residential sales and leasing in the Eastern Seaboard region.
Prior to joining Savills, Bowling as Associate Director with Colliers International (Pattaya) and led the company to three wins as “Best Agent (Eastern Seaboard)” at the Thailand Property Awards in 2010, 2012 and 2013.
Joining Bowling at Savills is Warisa “Joy” Raktham who will take up the position of Sales Manager, Residential Sales and Leasing, in Pattaya.
Joy previously worked with Bowling at Colliers International as Sales Manager for more than seven years.
