Sansiri’s Rain on course

Rain Cha Am – Hua Hin is 85 percent completed and on course for a November handover, according to the results of a site inspection by developer Sansiri, along with the executive teams from Siphya Construction Limited and Project Direction, the project consultant.

The development is a low-rise resort condominium with three buildings, each seven storeys high with a combined value of THB 1.4 billion. It boasts 499 units ranging from 39.50 sqm to 66.50 sqm.

The design was developed from an idea of a tropical rain forest, and aims to recreate the freshness created by a vast green space and the surrounding trees that have beRain Cha Am Sansiri condominiumen formed in a tropical rain forest style.

The developer is currently promoting its remaining units, which start from THB 1.99 million, with a free down payment promotion and a booking and contract signing fee of THB 50,000.
