A luxury property collection, named “Quarter Collection”, has been launched in the heart of Bangkok’s Sukhumvit district.
The collection of homes will consist of Quarter 39 and Quarter 31 – which both are cluster home projects – and Quarter Thonglor, a detached home and gardens project.
In a statement developer Nye Estate said the Quarter Collection is a leader in hi-end, prime-area residential developments for extended families, and will aim to achieve sales of THB 1.35 billion – equivalent to sales of 60 percent by the end of this year.
