Properties companies including Sansiri, Raimon Land and Land and Houses were among the winners as Frost & Sullivan recognised the best companies in Thailand.
The Property Development Customer Value Leadership Award went to Land and Houses, while the award for Property Development Product Leadership Award was won by Raimon Land. Also collecting an award was Sansiri which was named Property Development Company of the Year.
Koh Eng Lok, Country Head, Frost & Sullivan Thailand, said the awards seekdc to recognise best practices and outstanding performance by Thai companies in the automotive, ICT, transportation & logistics, chemicals, materials and food, healthcare and energy and environment sectors.
He added that the award recipients were identified based on an in-depth research conducted by Frost & Sullivan analysts. The award categories offered each year are carefully reviewed and evaluated to reflect the current market landscape and include new emerging trends.
“The recipients of the 2016 Frost & Sullivan Thailand Excellence Awards have clearly demonstrated outstanding leadership in their own market segments,” he addd.
The short-listed companies for the 2016 Frost & Sullivan Thailand Excellence Awards were evaluated on a variety of actual market performance indicators which include revenue growth; market share and growth in market share; leadership in product innovation; marketing strategy and business development strategy.
