Being named as one of Thailand’s Best Real Estate Agencies at the Dot Property Thailand Awards is among the highest honours a company can receive. Plus Property is among the firms competing to take home the title this year. The winners are set to be announced during the Dot Property Thailand Awards 2019 ceremony on August 15 at EmQuartier in Bangkok.
“I feel honoured and proud. I must say that Plus Property has placed emphasis on being a professional consultant whose standard is accepted as being among those of the top players in the real estate circle,” Naphat Buranapongsak, Senior Director – Asset Management Division at Plus Property, says. “Being nominated for the Thailand’s Best Real Estate Agencies award reflects how we are a company whose standard is highly regarded. It reflects how our company attracts and stands out in the eyes of clients and how we are able to answer well to their demands.”
Plus Property is a full-service consultancy and agency that can assist with the buying, selling and renting of properties in addition to offering property management services for residential and commercial developments. The firm covers Bangkok as well as cities popular with tourists.
“We possess expertise about the real estate market. In-depth analysis of data allows us to understand the market and pass the knowledge to our clients. Meanwhile, continuous self-improvement has allowed us to constantly remain perched above the standard, and also supplied us with new tools and services that contribute to our role as a consultant who is able to provide solutions,” Naphat explains.
Despite being in the running for Thailand’s Best Real Estate Agencies at the Dot Property Thailand Awards 2019, Plus Property is committed to being even better in the future.
“Importantly, Plus Property will not stop improving. We collect information from and pay heed to the feedback of clients, and use them for analyses that bring about improvements. Tools and systems are designed to manage stock and to provide accurate analyses for investments,” Naphat states. “All of this is done so we can continue to offer the best services.”
