What is Phuket’s latest multi-million dollar luxury villa estate, Avadina Hills, has been launched this week.
The first phase of the three- and four-bedroom properties are now on sale, with a show home set the completion this week.
Individual plots average 3,500 sqm with floor areas of more than 1,700 sqm. Prices start at THB 300 million.
The Avadina Hills project has been developed by an affiliate of Japan’s Kajima Group and architecture by Sakakura Associates.
According to Bill Barnett’s The Phuket Insider website, the next 18 months will see the more than US$ 500 million of new luxury villas entering market on the island, either as part of new properties in large estate or as a part of mixed-use projects.
