Prolific property developer Sansiri has announced another sell-out – this time in the heart of the Thailand island of Phuket.
In a statement the company revealed all 311 units at its The Base Downtown Phuket development (pictured), valued at a combined THB 800 million, have been sold declaring: “… the triumph was from the design concept that reflects the resident’s distinctive identity according to each location.”
Discussing its success on the island, the company noted how launching three The Base projects consecutively attributed to the confidence and trust from Phuket buyers in the brand.
It said that especially in Phuket, the projects were designed to be city condos in an urban centre that provide a living experience similar to a resort.

Sansiri currently has 15 The Base projects with a combined 10,000 units. It expects to reach its target of THB 22 billion revenue for 2015.
