Phuket debut for Avadina Villas

More details have emerged about the Phuket launch of the spectacular Avadina Villas overlooking Bang Tao Beach, that come with equally spectacular prices starting from THB 300 million.

Located on the forested slope of Phuket’s Layan Beach area and overlooking Bang Tao Beach, Avadina Hills offers ultra-private residential villas that are, according to the developer, incredibly spacious and designed to offer absolute seclusion to owners.

Avadina Hills recently held an open house for its THB 300 million to THB 350 million flagship residential villas to world-class buyers. The residences are part of the planned ‘Avadina’ venture, a mixed-use and luxurious resort development on 650 rai of land.

On the launch of the flagship villa, Kazu Ichihashi, Managing Director, said: “The combined sophisticated architecture and scrupulous workmanship of Avadina Hills is truly the first of its kind in Phuket.”

Designed to achieve the perfect balance of the beauty of the natural landscape and minimalist architectural elegance with Japanese spirit, Avadina Hills is the brainchild of Bang Tao Beach Ltd. part of Kajima Overseas Asia under Japan’s leading architecture and engineering conglomerate Kajima Corporation.

The first of 21 residences in the works to be completed. The inaugural villa covers more than 3,300 sqm of land with utility space totaling more than 1,800 sqm. Architecturally-designed by Japanese firm Sakakura Associates, the interiors have been decorated by its sister firm Sakakura Atelier.

Several of the villas boast magnificent sea views from every floor and room. Symmetry and balance define the overall design, and the interior exudes refined elegance with its modern crafted décor inspired by nature.

Master landscape architect James Hyatt, having created some of the most compelling designed landscapes internationally, has ensured that Avadina Hills has captured the exotic nature of Phuket’s hillside forest and preserved valuable indigenous plants and create a lush natural landscape surrounding the residences. Each villa is surrounded by lush gardens that define its private realm.

Phase 1 of Avadina Hills is due to be completed by mid-2017, and the entire development of 21 private residences will be completed by 2020.
