Scheduled to open in December, developer Eastern Star Real Estate together with real estate firm Knight Frank held a ‘StarView’ open house to show its customers actual views from the project.
The event, which attracted more than 350 customers to the Star View development on Rama 3, offers its buyers 360 degree views of the Chao Phraya River and the Bangkok skyline.
Rattanachai Phatinawin, Managing Director of Eastern Star Real Estate, along with a team of executives, including Phanom Kanjanathiemthao, Managing Director of Knight Frank Thailand, hosted the event by the edge of the 100-plus metre swimming pool on the 44th floor of the development.
The event also offered customers a first chance look at an actual unit in the luxury condominium project.
The development’s prime location on Rama 3, parallel to the Chao Phraya River, allows convenient access to Sathorn, Silom and the expressway.
The project is almost 100 percent complete and will be ready for occupancy in December 2015.
StarView features two buildings of 44 and 54 storeys in height. They are situated on more than 7 rai of land and have a project value of more than THB 3.5 billion. All units include two-bedrooms and range from 77 sqm to 82 sqm in size.
