The story that grabbed most attention during October was the long-awaited and much-anticipated government announcement of its stimulus measures to assist what is considered by many within the industry to be an ailing sector.
The second most-viewed story, completely at the other end of the price spectrum, was the news of what is likely to be the most expensive new property to be launched in Thailand so far – with prices of the top units selling for as much as THB 560,000 per sqm.
In third-place last month in terms of being the most-viewed English language property news story on the website, was the news that Bangkok’s Rama 9 is set to be home to the world’s largest ‘K-Town’ outside of Korea in a US$ 265 million investment deal.
