Mandalay Beach Villas, a new development by Mandalay Samui Developments took home two coveted awards and a prestigious nomination from the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2015-2016. The ceremony was held at the Shangri-La Hotel in Kuala Lumpur and recognised many high-profile developers in the Asia Pacific region to receive the awards.
The awards that Mandalay were granted included ‘Best Residential Development (Thailand)’ and ‘Highly Commended Property Single Unit (Thailand)’ and was recognised as one of the regional nominees of the Asia Pacific region. The nomination invites Mandalay Samui Developments to carry on to be judged against the other nominees in the region to determine the best in the Asia Pacific Region, and ultimately the “World’s Best.”
Later this year, the highest scoring winners from the Asia Pacific Property Awards will compete against other winning companies from Europe, the UK, Europe & Africa, the Americas and Arabia to find the ultimate World’s Best in each category. The announcement of this year’s World’s Best winners, will be held at the International Grand Finale event, at the London Marriott Grosvenor Square on the 7th December.
