Koh Samui is a glistening island sat in the Gulf of Thailand drawing people to its white beaches and clear waters from all across the world. Koh Samui has a reputation, for good reason, for having some of the most luxurious hotels and spas in Thailand replacing its once hedonistic status to one of an air of opulence.
Over the years more and more residential projects have been built on the island to meet the growing demand of people wanting to holiday on Samui or for those looking for a permanent or second home. Developers have been astute to respond to market demands and have been building homes catered to the top tier of the market. A sector of the market that performs well even at times when there is less activity at the lower ends.
In Bangkok the luxury market is extremely buoyant as investors are keen to enjoy the extra space that these properties provide, plus the finishes and facilities on offer.
