Lazudi acquired Thailand Realtors – Skylux Estate, one of Bangkok’s most well-known real estate and brokerage agencies, as it continues expanding its presence in Thailand. This is the second major acquisition for Lazudi in 2021 after adding Pro Real Estate Hua Hin.
Thailand Realtors – Skylux Estate, which was previously known as Century21 Skylux, has recorded consistently strong sales since opening. Additionally, the Bangkok-focused agency has built one of the largest and most detailed property listing databases in Bangkok. Thailand Realtors Managing Director Bart Roger G Claeys will join Lazudi.
