Kudos saving water

Kudos, the Thailand makers of high-quality bathroom fittings, has launched a range of eco-friendly bathroom products in collaboration with San-Ei, one of Japanese’s leading bathroom sanitary products makers.

The partnership will support Kudos’ aim to improve the quality of people’s lives through creative designs and useful innovations that solve issues people face daily. Since founding in 2011, Kudos has introduced a range of hi-tech and luxurious products to the Thai market.

The company has also revamped its brand and has re-launched targeting a younger generation of customers. The new brand message is “Insploration” (Inspiration + Exploration) which aims to attract customers who are looking for luxurious design and innovative bathroom products.

“The Thailand market has evolved greatly over the past few years and customers are demanding increasingly more sophisticated and innovative products. As a leader in Thailand, Kudos is constantly developing products that exceed customer’s expectations. We’re very fortunate to have a great partner in SAN-EI so that we collaborate to bring the latest innovations to the Thai market Thais in a timely manner,” saidSanti Srivicharnkul, the Chief Executive Officer of C.I.T. Corporation Limited.

Using the latest technology, Kudos and San-Ei have developed a range of products focused on Green innovation, helping users save water and universal design, aimed at helping Thailand’s aging society.

The new products include “Eco-sensor Faucet”, a Japanese-designed tap that includes a precise eco-sensor to automatically control the flow of water. Additionally, this Eco-sensor tap can also use the power generated from the water flow to power the sensor itself, saving the need to use electricity.

The “Column Faucet” is a kitchen tap that is able to purify water to reduce Chlorine, dirt, small particles and metals so that water becomes safe to drink.

Both of the new products will be launched at the Architect Expo’16 which takes place at Challenger Hall 1 – 3, Impact, Muang Thong Thani from April 26 until May 1, 2016.

“We are very excited to launch these new products to Thailand as they feature technology never seen before. We have focused on simple, but effective, design and easy installation and maintenance, as our research shows this is what consumers want. We have high hope for these products in the growing Thai market,” added Santi.

Kudos focuses on quality, function and unique product design producing innovative products that fit the changing habits and lifestyles of consumers. Among the portfolio of products is Kudos Purebliss, a hand shower that helps reduce the amount of Chlorine in tap water, reducing the effects of sensitive dry skin, split hair and itchiness.

The Purebliss shower range also features AtomistTM to generate a strong yet smooth shower experience while also saving up to 45 percent in normal water usage.

“The new products continue Kudos goal of making lives healthier and happier, while improving people’s lifestyle,” he added.

Moreover, this year Kudos will initiate, Kudos Faucet Design Award 2016, a design contest that will support and help Thai young designers develop their skills by working with experienced designers as mentors.

The concept of this competition is “Universal Design”, which encourages applicants to submit innovative designs and unique interpretations that are true to the essence of the theme that allow a product to be usable by everyone.
