It’s ‘Now or Never’ says Sansiri

Property developer Sansiri is aiming to stimulate demand for ready-to-move-in properties in Thailand with its latest ‘Now or Never’ marketing campaign which runs from now until November 30.

The sales of a selection of houses, townhouses and condominiums signal that ‘the heat is on’ to grab the best units during the promotion, with discounts of as much as THB 3 million available on properties that range in price from THB 1.1 million and rise to THB 30 million.

The developer is offering fully-furnished units as well as free transfer costs as part of the promotion, and is also arranging two property showcases – one in Bangkok later this month and one in Phuket early in October, to further encourage sales.

The Bangkok event is set to take place between September 25 and September 27 at the Fashion Hall on the 1st floor of the Siam Paragon mall, while the Central Festival Phuket mall  is the place to be between October 1 and October 7 to sample Sansiri’s special offerings.

Sansiri said it achieved sales of THB 3.5 billion during its previous marketing campaign, and its latest campaign will offer buyers and investors the choice of single houses including brands such as Narasiri, Setthasiri, Burasiri, Saransiri, Habitia, and Kanasiri, with townhouse brands such as Town Avenue, Habitown, Mettown, V-Village, and B Avenue, and also various condominium brands with attractive units.

A spokesperson for the developer said: “The demand for ready-to-move-in homes continues to be consistent, so Sansiri is moving towards this market to accommodate customer demands.

“This campaign is aimed at those who are looking to move or invest promptly. The two events we are organizing in Bangkok and Phuket are anticipated to receive a good response from customers once again.”

The developer also said it will offer referral commissions from reservations by friends and acquaintances up to a value of THB 50,000 exclusively for these events.
