Hylife Developments recently launched its newest project, HyParc Residences, as it looks to bring much-needed luxury living to Chiang Mai. The upscale condominium has several special features designed to create an exclusive lifestyle for residents in one of the city’s most popular locations.

HyParc Residences provides easy access to both Chiang Mai-Hang Dong Road and San Pa Tong-Hang Dong bypass road with golf clubs, international schools, hospitals, community malls and shopping centers all nearby.

According to the developer, this area has potential for future growth due to its popularity. A number of new residential developments have been launched here in recent times and it is close to all types of businesses.

Understanding the value of this location, Hylife Developments felt it was an ideal place to offer luxury living in Chiang Mai. That starts with a low-density environment found at HyParc Residences. The seven-story condominium only has 41 total units which have been spread out to maximize privacy.

“The building’s design layout features a single corridor, with a maximum of six rooms per floor and two elevators,” Khun Pheeraya Wongsaranuchit, Hylife Developments CMO, states, “In addition to this, green spaces and common facilities are available in front of the project, including a large swimming pool, fitness center, yoga space, onsen, as well as outdoor and indoor common areas to provide residents with a refreshing and comfortable experience.”

Each residence contains bespoke features, such as oversized doors, windows and balconies, that enhance comfort. This fits in well with the concept of HyParc Residences which is ‘lifestyle Reimagined’.

Why Chiang Mai?

Hylife Developments CEO, Khun Shubhodeep Das, noted that the property market in Chiang Mai has shown signs of improvement since tourists returned to the country. This is supported by data from Dot Property Group which found that overseas demand for Chiang Mai residential real estate in the first quarter increased by more than 50 percent year-on-year

However, the developer was seeing strong demand even before Thailand reopened. Its first project, Hycondo Phase 1, sold out in only nine months. That bodes well for HyParc Residences which is bringing much-needed luxury living to Chiang Mai.

One-bedroom units at the condominium start at THB4.4 million. Ownership transfer is expected to be ready by the end of 2023.
