Leading Pattaya property developer Riviera Group has launched a luxury high-end condominium in the Jomtien area of the city.
The Riviera Jomtien (pictured) is being developed under the concept of ‘Born to be glamorous’, and is set on more than 6-rai. The project will feature a 46-storey building with 1,095 units and 360 degree panoramic views of Pattaya City.
The project has received its Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) permit and will start its construction this month. Completion is expected by 2018.

Riviera Group has previously won ‘Best Condominium on the Eastern Seaboard’ at the Thailand Property Awards. The company also revealed that although a growing number of expats are living in Pattaya, the majority of its customers (about 60 percent) who booked and purchased units with The Riviera Group are Thais.
Prices start from THB 2.2 million and rise to THB 26 million per unit.
