CBRE Thailand has been appointed as the sole leasing agent for Gaysorn Office Tower.
The premium Grade ‘A’’ office tower in Bangkok’s central business district is a 30-storey building with an eco-friendly and sustainable design. It is located on Rajdamri Road with a direct link to Chidlom BTS station.
Fahfuen Temboonkiat, Managing Director of Gaysorn Property, and Aliwassa Pathnadabutr, Managing Director of CBRE Thailand, attended the signing ceremony for the sole agency appointment.
The event was witnessed by Nithipat Tongpun, Executive Director and Head of Office Services, and Maneerat Vichitrattana, Director of Office Services, both from CBRE Thailand.
