Four of Thailand’s Top Developers Put New Townhouses and Condos Up For Presale This Month

The latest townhouse project in Chiang Mai, called Supalai Ville Chotana-Rum Chok is currently open for booking. With development costs reaching roughly 260 million Thai baht, the exclusive project will be comprised of single detached houses priced at over Bt3 million, each containing 150 square metres of usable space. The project will also offer twinhouses, each containing 122 square metres. The twin houses, priced between Bt2 million and Bt3 million will share a party wall in such a way that each house’s layout is a mirror image of its twin. The development will also offer townhouse units priced between Bt1 million and Bt2 million, each containing space of 113 square metres.

Land & Houses’ Baan Chaiyapruek Ramindra-Phrayasurain

One of Thailand’s most prominent developers, Land & Houses has just introduced its latest single detached house project, designed in a modern style cluster mix. The project will contain 242 units, each priced between Bt4 million and Bt6 million per unit. Already open for booking, the project will offer residents 106 square metres per unit on a land plot of 50 square wahs.

Tararom EstatesTrio Romklao 

This month Tararom Estates will open presales for their new, modern style townhome development called Trio Romklao. With starting prices of Bt4.79 million per unit, homebuyers are able to purchase three-storey and three-and-a-half storey buildings. The townhome and home-office design has between 197 and 243 square metres in user space.

Pruksa Real Estate’s Chapter One Midtown Ladprao 24

Pruksa Real Estate has just introduced their latest condominium project, called Chapter One Midtown Ladprao 24. The 518 units, contained within a 37-storey building are starting at Bt2.4 million per unit. A unit purchase will include studios with using space between 23.71 and 24.15 square metres; one bedroom type with between 29.61 and 38.66 square metres; and two bedrooms type with 58.64 square metres of space. The project opens to presale on February 22 and targets completion by mid-2017.
