D’Well Grand Asset and Sethiwan Group revealed plans for a new luxury housing project near the Ramkhamhaeng and Rama 9 intersection that is valued at THB 380 million. The development is the final one of a joint venture deal reached in 2018 that saw the pair launch a trio of residential projects in Bangkok.
Dubbed ARNA Rama 9, the luxury housing project features three-story houses with an Italian minimalist design inspired by Bulgari hotels. The development is extraordinary exclusive with a total of only eight residences. Prices range from THB39.9-70 million and there are two home styles to choose from.
The project is located near international schools, hospitals and shopping center from The Mall Group that is under construction. Additionally, ARNA Rama 9 is close to a planned MRT Orange Line station as well as providing easy access to Bangkok’s expressway system.
Reservations for homes at ARNA Rama 9 will open at the end of August with a pre-sales event scheduled to kick things off. D’Well Grand Asset and Sethiwan Group have selected CBRE Thailand to serve as marketing and sales consultant for the project.
“Over the past two years, CBRE has seen the demand for low-rise housing continue to grow. Home buyers want to move away from former residences in the city, which had limited living space, to larger homes for more space or to live with extended families. These customers want more functionality and usable space to support a variety of activities. In addition, the location of a project is one of the key considerations for customers. It must provide easy access to and from the city. If any project meets these requirements, customers will be able to make a decision more easily,” Khun Chatuporn Supayong, Director of Residential Sales CBRE Thailand, explained.
