The Dot Property Show is on!

There has already been a flurry of activity at the Dot Property Show

The Dot Property Show kicked off with a bang this morning as soon as Siam Paragon opened its doors. Held until Sunday 3 July, attendance was high and is expected to gather even more momentum throughout the event. Showcasing 24 developers from across Thailand, the first ever Dot Property show is already receiving a lot of interest.

‘I am really proud to see the show in full swing’, said Adam Sutcliffe, managing director for Dot Property. ‘We have already had so much positive feedback from clients and investors, and the running has been so incredibly smooth’.

Sutcliffe opened the event with a press conference to introduce the show. Commenting on Dot Property’s success over the years, he said the show is a key event complementing Dot Property’s existing range of marketing tools. Featuring properties from THB 2.4 to 40 million, Sutcliffe commented, ‘That there is something for everyone’.

Online marketing is growing rapidly everyday in Thailand and is one the area that developers are insisting that their marketing teams focus on. Thailand Property receives over 1.4 million hits per month and is the number one English language portal in the country. Developers are taking heed of these numbers as the website offers comprehensive search techniques connecting buyers and sellers. Users are confident that they can see all the listings within their requirements, and Sutcliffe added that the team at Dot Property are consistently working hard to strive the best for their clients.

‘Regardless of whether our clients list online or showcase at an expo, our goal remains the same’, adds Sutcliffe. ‘We want to generate as many quality leads, as cost effectively as possible. Online budgets are increasing by 30 to 40 percent a year and we are confident we have the online platform to support this growth, but we also need to showcase our clients in front of the offline buying audience and this is the first show doing exactly that’.

The first of four shows Dot Property are holding this year (the others at Mega Bangna, Central World and Central Westgate), competitions and events will take place throughout the event. For more information visit www.dot-expo.com
