Developer Magnolia Quality Development Corporation held a celebration to thank customers and to celebrate the success of its Whizdom Station Ratchada-Thapra development.
The response to the condominium development, located next to the Talat Phlu BTS station, was overwhelming enough to be the talk of the town after interested customers queued overnight for the presales event.
As a result 80 percent of the project had already been booked. The occasion also marked a kick-off for the official sales of the units on the project’s last and six special floors.
The event was boosted by a mini concert by POD Modern Dog (pictured), a renowned Thai singer famous for his unique style. A long list of activities such as perfume mixing workshop and DIY floristry were provided to impress customers and create smiles on their faces.
