CBRE Thailand Receives Multitude of Highly Prestigious Awards at the 2014 Euromoney Awards for Excellence

Businessman holding a stack of blocks in the palm of his hand with the words Awarded.Thailand-Property.comAt this year’s Euromoney’s Awards for Excellence, the renowned property management and advisory company, CBRE won first place in multiple award for Thailand, achieved 18 high-honor recognitions for individual advisors and consultants and was named with two prestigious titles. Awards were received by CBRE in many varying real estate categories, giving the corporation a chance to show dominance in the Thai and ASEAN real estate market for 2014.

CBRE Thailand won first place in the Top Agency/Letting category, as well as first in Top Valuation and first in Top Research in Thailand. CBRE also secured 18 awards in the Advisors and Consultants category, which covered the entire Asia Pacific region. Six of these were overall wins for different countries. Additionally, the international CBRE Group was named as the Top Global Real Estate Advisory Firm, as well as receiving recognition for being the Top Global Valuation Services Provider of the year.

Euromoney’s Awards for Excellence includes over 20 product categories to 100 countries around the world, providing a global ceremony for best-in-class awards in all regions. In the real estate category, the company surveys the opinions of real estate developers, investment managers, corporate end-users and banks to determine the best real estate service providers. Over 160 relevant countries participated in this year’s survey.
