Property industry veteran Kipsan Beck (pictured) has returned to Pace Development as the new Managing Director of the MahaNakhon mixed-use landmark development – and what is now Thailand’s tallest building.

Beck has more than 20-years of experience building brands, leading marketing and retail teams as well as developing and executing corporate strategy.

During his tenure of more than seven years as Chief Marketing Officer at Pace he spearheaded marketing, communications and digital efforts for several high profile developments including MahaNakhon, The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Bangkok and Saladaeng Residences.

Most recently he was VP – Marketing and Branding at Raimon Land, successfully involved in launching The Lofts Asoke and Mews Yenakart. He has previously headed the marketing division for Gaysorn luxury shopping centre.

His education background includes an MBA in Finance from Assumption University and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland.

“Kipsan is one of the original team who envisaged and created the tower since the beginning so we are delighted to be able to welcome him back to the MahaNakhon family,” said Sorapoj Techakraisi, the Chief Executive Officer of Pace Development Corporation.

“Having been instrumental in positioning Pace as an award-winning leader in luxury real estate, he will now be in charge of operating MahaNakhon, including the sky observation deck, retail and hospitality elements to create an iconic tourist destination.”
