Ban Yang Yuen deadline extended

The reservation deadline for the low-income ‘Ban Yang Yuen’ housing projects has been extended to the end of this year for all 239 projects throughout Thailand.

The Minister of Social Development and Human Security, Police General Adul Sangsingkeo (pictured), said the National Housing Authority (NHA) has confirmed to extend reservation openings for the remaining 6,381 units in 44 ‘Ban Yang Yuen’ housing projects nationwide.

The previous deadline was September 6.

According to the latest data from the NHA recorded on 7 September 2015, 17,707 persons have registered their reservations, 7,012 of which have qualified with completed documents, and have already submitted their loan requests to banks. Another 10,695 registered persons have been listed as substitutes.

Ban Yang Yuen is the NHA’s project that aims to provide housing to Thais with low income throughout the kingdom. The entire project encompasses 13,393 units in 239 projects in all parts of Thailand.
