PHUKET, THAILAND (23 April 2026) – AYANA Phuket has announced a formal partnership with Thailand Longstay Management Co., Ltd., enabling foreign nationals who purchase or enter into a long-term lease arrangement with AYANA, to apply for Thailand’s Long Stay Investment Non-B Visa – a visa that allows eligible buyers to legally reside in Thailand long-term.
The partnership was formalised in the presence of Pol. Lt. Col. Natara Kanchanapanang, Deputy Superintendent of Departure Immigration Sub-Division of Suvarnabhumi Airport, Mrs. Piyapat Suban Na Ayudhya, Chief Executive Officer of Thai Longstay Management Company Limited, and Miss Korntip Reankrai, Board Director of AYANA Phuket.
AYANA is one of a handful of residential developers in Phuket to make this visa pathway a formal, integrated part of its buyer proposition. The partnership reflects a broader commitment to ensuring that the experience of owning an AYANA property is as seamless and fulfilling as the properties themselves – a recognition that a developer’s responsibility does not end at the title deed. How It Works
Foreign nationals who invest a minimum of THB 3 million in a qualifying residential property may be eligible to apply for the Long Stay Investment Non-B Visa through three pathways:
Buying: Purchase of a condominium unit priced at not less than THB 3,000,000, with a title deed in the applicant’s name.
Renting: A rental agreement of not less than one year at a minimum of THB 85,000 per month, with proof of advance rental payment.
Leasehold: A leasehold arrangement of more than three years, valued at not less than THB 3,060,000, registered in the applicant’s name.
The visa is initially granted as a 90-day temporary visa. Upon submission of an extension request, eligible buyers receive a long-term stay of 12 to 15 months, renewable annually. Family members – including spouses, children under 20 and parents aged 50 and above – may apply under the same arrangement.
Eligible AYANA buyers are referred directly to Thailand Longstay Management Co., Ltd., which handles documentation, application screening and liaison with Thailand’s Immigration Bureau on their behalf.
The Long Stay Visa partnership is the latest step in AYANA’s broader effort to redefine what it means to buy property in Phuket.
