Chanond Ruangkritya (pictured left), the Chief Executive Officer and President of Ananda Development, recently presided over an auspicious ceremony at the construction site for his company’s new Ashton Asoke development in Bangkok.
He was joined by Vichutorn Hongprapas (third from left), Executive Director of Marketing of Siphaya Construction, the architect and contracting company for the development, along with Rangsan Kiatiyos (fifth from left), Managing Director of A Build Management Company Limited, the construction consultancy.
Ashton Asoke is located on more than 2-rai and will be a 50-storey high-rise condominium with 783 units. It will be 20-meters from MRT Sukhumvit and 230-meters from BTS Asoke. It is currently under construction and is slated for completion around December 2017.
Key central Bangkok destinations, such as Terminal 21, EmDistrict, Interchange Tower, Bumrungrad International Hospital, Samitivej Hospital, Srinakarinwirot University, Wattana Wittaya Academy are close by the development.
