Luxury market is once again in the spotlight with the launching of Areeya’s latest project. 

Bangkok’s luxury market is continuing on its existing success story. Having received unprecedented attention as take up for this upper tier of the residential market has remained strong. The thirst for more luxury products has continued. With many developers ceasing this opportunity and building projects to outdo other luxury projects.

At the same time this has meant that developers have had to look at other land banks in Bangkok. As the more traditional development areas of Sukhumvit, Lumphini and Sathon and Silom have been squeezed, the riverside has become a new focal point. Areeya Property, known for their residential projects dotted across the capital, has launched its first new luxury project. Whilst land space and restrictions in Sukhumvit can restrict the scope of future projects that are not challenges found on the river, condominiums like this are still setting the tone for the future. They may not reach the dizzying heights of other luxury high rises but the eight floors ooze exclusivity. Proving that bigger does not necessarily mean better.

Areeya aim is to provide a home that has the highest quality of living and with great attention to detail. The developer feel that these will be the foundations for the success of Chalermnit Art De Maison and the appetite for luxury homes is set to continue with this latest launch.
