VTara 36 (pictured), the latest property project from V Property Development, is aiming to achieve 70 percent pre-sales with the opening of its sales office next month.
The project, dubbed “The Oasis of Sukhumvit” in a statement published the developer, will be a low-rise condominium with eight floors and five buildings on an area of more than 4-rai in Bangkok’s Sukhumvit 36.
