Siam Real Estate ties up a strategic alliance with Navarang Asset

A look inside Na Reva Charoennakhon from Navarang Asset

Siam Real Estate has announced a strategic alliance with Bangkok-based property developer Navarang Asset. As part of the arrangement, Navarang Asset will expand its marketing through Siam Real Estate’s channels.

“Siam Real Estate has been our best performing agent in Thailand, and we will continue to strengthen the ties between us,” Apipu Promyothi, CEO of Navarang Asset, noted.

The alliance will see Siam Real Estate focus marketing efforts on Na Reva Charoennakhon, the only condo development in the area with loft-style units. Roughly 30 percent of the project’s 253 units have been sold. Early buyers have been impressed with the development’s quality and affordability.

“We have been really impressed by Navarang Asset products and their team, Na Reva Charoennakhon is an excellent opportunity for our buyers offering luxury standard condos for up to 50 percent less per square meter than others in the area. Also, the down-payment of only 20 percent and the loft style condos are very attractive for investors,” Patrick Lusted, Managing Director of Siam Real Estate, explained.

Siam Real Estate finds success with its Thailand Virtual Property Purchase program

Last year saw Siam Real Estate launch a Thailand Virtual Property Purchase program that allowed buyers to acquire real estate in the Kingdom without needing to be there physically. Should you decide to buy, Siam Real Estate will begin the Thailand Virtual Property Purchase program which involves four key steps:

  1. Complete a specific power of attorney using the Land Office form. Siam Real Estate will email that form to you in English (for your reference) and a Thai version for you to print out and sign.
  2. Forms are taken to a notary public lawyer or Thai embassy for the purchaser/seller to sign and get witnessed.
  3. Finally, the POA form is sent by courier to Siam Real Estate along with a passport picture page signed.
  4. Buyers/sellers can wire deposit funds to Siam Real Estate’s Secure Client Account or their chosen law firm client account. Siam Real Estate or the chosen law firm will then issue a cashier’s check for the final purchase and can assist in repatriating funds to sellers in their home country.
