Blue Horizon teams up with Ramada for Ramada Plaza Grand Himalai Oceanfront Residences

Developer Blue Horizon has signed popular hotel-brand Ramada to manage Ramada Plaza Grand Himalai Oceanfront Residences

Award-winning Phuket developer Blue Horizon had another reason to celebrate after signing a management agreement with Ramada for its Grand Himalai condominium. The newly minted Ramada Plaza Grand Himalai Oceanfront Residences was named Best Investment Project Phuket and Best Mixed-Use Project Phuket at the Dot Property Thailand Awards 2018 and Best Mixed-Use Project Phuket and Best Mid-Range Condominium Development at the Dot Property Thailand Awards 2017.

Ramada Plaza Grand Himalai Oceanfront Residences has drawn global interest with nearly half of the project’s buyers coming from China. Russian, South African, European and Australian investors also acquired units with strong local demand from Thai buyers also prevalent.

The demand from overseas buyers is nothing new to Blue Horizon CEO Andres Pira, but he has seen a change in buyer demographics during the past five years

“Five years ago, buyers in the Phuket property market were mainly European and Russian. Today they are Chinese. We are not worried about a crackdown by the Chinese government on money,” Pira explained.

Ramada Plaza Grand Himalai Oceanfront Residences is a work of art

The agreement between Ramada and Blue Horizon sees a world famous hotel brand on board to manage this exquisite development. Ramada Plaza Grand Himalai Oceanfront Residences is set upon a prime, beachfront location situated upon a hillside leading to the water.

The project boasts no shortage of spectacular amenities with a gym, sauna, two-storey restaurant and the uniquely-designed Birds Nest Spa all available to those staying here.

“Grand Himalai is without a doubt the most prestigious and upscale project we have launched to date. As this is our fifth project, we have introduced luxurious facilities while offering a very unique design concept, all within a 5-star resort style setting,” Pira stated. “We also included a mediation garden accessible via cable car that will run throughout the resort servicing guests and stopping at various points. A very stunning iceberg reception building can be found near the large swimming pool.”

Located along the popular Millionaire’s Mile in Kamala, the project is the perfect addition to a neighbourhood known as the most private, luxurious and exclusive area in Phuket.

All of this will ensure investors can enjoy attractive rental returns in the years to come. That’s because well-known hotel brands, such as Ramada, have higher occupancy rates throughout the year and command higher prices. Guests will love the amazing facilities and rooms at Ramada Plaza Grand Himalai Oceanfront Residences while investors will no doubt enjoy a strong return on investment.
