Thai developers in the spotlight at The International Property Show

Five of Thailand’s leading developers will be showcasing their projects at The International Property Show. The event is taking place at the iconic ION Orchard shopping centre where more than 1.1 million people will see these outstanding developments. The show, which runs from February 20-26, gives Singaporean real estate investors as well as those looking for a holiday a chance to explore a wide range of exciting opportunities.

The Thai developers will be joined by some of the best homebuilders from Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines and Cyprus giving the event a truly international feel. Companies presenting at the showcase will be able to have their projects seen by international real estate investors eagerly looking for new opportunities in exciting and potentially lucrative markets.

Major Development offers true luxury

Major Development brought two projects to The International Property Show: Marque Sukhumvit and Muniq Sukhumvit23. Marque Sukhumvit is scheduled to be completed later in 2016 and has already become an iconic addition to Bangkok’s skyline. The developer recently launched Muniq Sukhumvit23 and this project has drawn rave reviews for its innovative design and ideal location. This will be one of the first chances for Singaporean buyers to see the project up close.

Siamnuwat shows off central projects

Siamnuwat has made a name for itself developing high quality projects in the Siam district. The firm is offering special discounts or a guarantee of seven percent yields for the first two years for those who make a purchase at The International Property Show.
