Savills Thailand named Awards Consultants for Dot Property Thailand Awards 2020

Site visits for the Dot Property Thailand Awards 2020 concluded last week. Several of Thailand’s leading developers welcomed consultants to nominated projects for an in-person look at their credentials. This year sees Savills Thailand join the series as Awards Consultants.

Robert Collins, CEO Savills Thailand; Prapaporn Boonkajornkul, Director, Savills Thailand Agency Services Bangkok; James Claassen, Dot Property General Manager; Adam Sutcliffe, Director of Events and International Markets at Dot Property; and Cheyenne Hollis, Dot Property Editor-in-Chief were among those to attend the site visits in Bangkok.

Collins has an extensive track record working in Thai real estate having relocated to the Kingdom in 1993. He served as Managing Director at Savills Thailand from 2005 to 2013 before rejoining the consultancy in 2015 as CEO. Also joining the site visits from Savills Thailand was Khun Prapaporn who boasts more than 14 years of luxury residential marketing and sales in Thailand.

Dot Property Thailand Awards 2020 less than a month away

The conclusion of the site visits means the Dot Property Thailand Awards 2020 are nearly upon us. This year’s presentation ceremony will take place on September 17 at the luxurious Park Hyatt Bangkok. The best and brightest will join us as we reward the real estate industry during what has been a challenging year.

An exclusive afterparty is set for the Park Hyatt Bangkok immediately after the presentation ceremony.

There were 28 winners last year with Sansiri being named Best Developer Thailand and BEATNIQ from SC Asset taking home the People’s Choice Award for “Project of the Year”. A total of 28 honors were handed out in 2019.
