Salvo brings international flair to The Dot Property Show

The Dot Property Show kicks off on 25 May and will welcome some of the best developers from Thailand. This year’s event will also have international representation after respected Australian developer Salvo Property Group announced it would be showcasing a newly launched project at the show.

One of the developer’s most famous projects to date is the prestigious Platinum condominium. Platinum is located in Melbourne, which was recently voted as the most livable city in the world. Of course, the project isn’t simply in Melbourne, it is located on City Road in the heart of the Crown Precinct, one of the most desirable addresses in all of Australia.

The Crown Precinct is home to Victoria’s Crown Casino and Entertainment Complex, the Arts Precinct and Eureka Tower. Some of Melbourne’s best restaurants, bars, cafes and nightclubs can also be found in the area. The project is also a short walk from the CBD and a number of other key locations in the city.

A breathtaking, eight-story vertical garden, one of the largest in the world, is just one of Platinum’s stunning features. The stylish green space brings a touch of nature into the urban landscape. Going a bit higher up, there are 10 levels of bronze and indigo colour glass that serve to protect the luxurious upper-level residences and penthouses while also giving the tower even more visual appeal.

The floorplans at Platinum have been carefully designed and feature the absolute best in contemporary interior thinking. Corridors have been minimised and the project has an open layout that is equal parts efficient and elegant. The apartments are a welcome retreat allowing residents to escape from the world and enjoy some privacy. Each residence has been painstakingly crafted to make living highly enjoyable and features a balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows that offer expansive views of Melbourne.

Salvo is one of Australia’s leading real estate developers and managers. The firm has been committed to creating affordable luxury apartments in quality landmark buildings throughout the country’s most prominent cities. The developer has a 100 percent completion record. It has also delivered 3,000+ apartments worth more than AUD 1.5 billion to customers.

Those in Bangkok wanting to catch a glimpse of Salvo’s soon to be launched development, which will arguably become Australia’s most talked about project, will find it at The Dot Property Show inside Siam Paragon from 25-28 May. Salvo will have special promotions during the show giving buyers a rare opportunity to own a unit in an outstanding development in Melbourne.
