Raimon riders tour Pattaya

More than 60 riders enjoyed Raimon Land’s first Active Life Fun Bike ride in Pattaya last weekend, an event created by the developer to build a greater sense of community for its owners and friends, as well as helping cyclists prepare for the forthcoming ‘Bike for Mom’ event next month in honour of Her Majesty The Queen.

Comprising a hill climb, descent, and a winding route through Jomtien along the beach back to Pattaya for two laps, riders welcomed the chance to exercise as a group. They continued to Zire Wongamat for lunch at the renowned Silver Lining Restaurant, taking a little over two hours.

Raimon Land, developers of several properties in Pattaya including Zire Wongamat, Northpoint, Northshore and UNIXX South Pattaya, the latter being under construction, supported the event together with Bangkok folding bike specialists MiniDevelop and UOB.

“Pattaya is a fantastic venue for cycling, so we are pleased to have arranged our first group riding activity helping to build a greater sense of community between friends, families and owners,” explained Raimon Land’s Vice President of Marketing, Kipsan Beck.

“Our facilities are built around our owners, including elements such as the Silver Lining restaurant, to add to the resort lifestyle. A group ride gives owners and their families more reasons to visit their home, and the beautiful city of Pattaya.”

Other highlights of the event included a bike riding seminar by acclaimed bike guru Khun Titisak Wangkasem, Editor-in-Chief of www.bkkwheels.com, who explaining road etiquette, plus an opportunity to see the performance of new folding bike models that are ideal for condo living.

Currently Raimon Land is offering a promotion with a free bike from Minidevelop with each new condo purchased at either UNIXX (due for completion this year) or Zire, with prices from THB 1.6 million and THB 5.1 mllion respectively.

The organisers wish to thank Chonburi Police for providing traffic control for the event.
