New for Nusasiri in Pattaya

Property developer Nusasiri has given the green light to its latest THB 8.5 billion high-end residential project as the Bangkok-Pattaya high-speed rail connection looms large.

The company announced that prices for homes at the Nusa Chivani Pattaya, Tuscany-inspired ready-to-move-in residences, will be priced from between THB 8 million and THB 14 million.

Siriya Thepcharoen, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Nusasiri, said the overall marketing trend for residential projects in vacation retreat areas for this year has evidently been expanding.

“With additional factors from the tourism campaigns and depreciation of Thai Baht creating interest from foreign investors from China, Hong Kong, and Singapore, allows investors to form their decision to purchase residences in Thailand faster.”

The Thai government’s high-speed train project from Bangkok to Pattaya will begin project bidding next year, with an approximate construction time of between two to three years. Once completed, the Pattaya end of the line will have a station that is planned to be located near Jomtien Beach.

Nusasiri had invested in a mega project with funds of more than THB 8.5 billion. The development will be divided into three major phases, consisting of a world-class water park, five-star hotel and the residential project, Nusa Chivani Pattaya.

The Stock Exchange listed company has started sales for the residential project where the first phase will consist of 82 units of either one- or two- floor single houses. There will be four house types for customers to choose with house size starting at between 165 sqm to 265 sqm.

The development will be located in prime Jomtien beach to the south of Pattaya city
