The property is situated in a small and peaceful gated community near the well known Siam Golf & Country Club north east of Pattaya. It has a quick access to Highway 7/36 and it is only a 10 – 15 minutes drive to Bangkok Hospital Pattaya.
Both Regents International School and Tara Pattana International School are within easy reach. The small village nearby offers small shops and eateries, food markets and of course you will also find the local temple there.
