Dot Property Group launched the ‘Best of the Best Residences’ awards two week ago, which will highlight the finest properties across the region – and developers are already lining up to showcase their best projects.
The awards are bigger than merely bragging rights, they are also focused on setting standards in the real estate market across the regions. Particularly in South East Asia, the property industry is often left unregulated allowing anyone to take a go in the field and we’ve learnt that not all agents and developers are created equal.
